In this program, experienced white collar and employment lawyers will compare and contrast white collar and workplace investigations. You’ll also hear about the significance of these differences from an in-house perspective. Topics of discussion will include the different purposes of white collar investigations and workplace investigations, the different potential applications of the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine, the different goals in evidence gathering, the different potential disclosure obligations, and the different risks of future litigation. The event will be hosted by Jenner & Block LLP at its offices in downtown Los Angeles. Food and drinks will be provided, with a reception to follow the discussion.
