This special webinar will include an analysis of the investigation and prosecution of crimes under the Federal Hate Crimes Prevention Act, the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act proposed by Senator Hirono and Representative Meng, and President Biden's January 26 Executive Memorandum and March 30 White House Statement in Response to the Anti-Asian Violence.
